PodcastOne holds annual shareholder meeting

PodcastOne held its 2026 annual stockholder meeting on Sept. 17, 2026.

• Stockholders backed a larger share reserve under the 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, lifting the authorization to 4,000,000 shares.
• The appointment of Macias Gini & O'Connell as the independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2027 was ratified.
• Approval was granted to adjourn the meeting if needed to solicit additional proxies to pass proposals.
