POET Technologies names Giovanni Pacelli CFO, succeeding Thomas Mika
POET•POET Technologies appointed Giovanni M. Pacelli senior vice president and CFO, effective November 2, 2026. He succeeds Thomas Mika, who will remain through December 2 to support the transition.
1. CFO transition
Pacelli previously was senior director of finance at Silicon Labs and has three decades of financial leadership experience, including at Freescale Semiconductor and NXP. Mika has served as CFO for 10 years.
