Board additions support defense and restructuring push
Polar Power appointed Jim Ahearn, an executive educator at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, to its board.
Menachem “Menny” Shalom also joined the board; he is CEO of T3 Defense with experience in defense technology, manufacturing, and business development.
The board additions align with a push to expand military sales, broaden the product lineup, and execute a restructuring strategy.
Management expects the strengthened board to support pursuit of new defense opportunities, wider market reach, improved operating efficiency, and strategic reviews.
