Polibeli Group signed a non-binding MOU on July 1, 2026 with Indonesia’s PT Grosirone Prima Nusantara to evaluate an AI data center project.
Work will focus on assessing colocation facilities, power and cooling infrastructure, network connectivity, and commercial viability.
Potential build-out targets up to about 10 MW of power capacity, with an initial phase of about 2 MW to 5 MW.
There is no commitment to invest, finance, procure equipment, or lease facilities; any deal hinges on due diligence, approvals, financing, regulatory clearances, and definitive contracts.
