Polibeli subsidiary signs five-year cloud services deal with scheduled fees of US$130.1 million
PLBL•A Polibeli subsidiary signed a five-year cloud computing agreement with a Japanese customer, with approximately US$130.1 million in scheduled fees, excluding taxes, assuming full delivery. A 20% prepayment is required upon signing.
1. Deal terms
The agreement was signed on October 15, 2026, and covers a 60-month service period. Service commencement depends on receipt of the prepayment, upstream service availability and completion of readiness and acceptance procedures; fees may be adjusted for partial delivery, service credits, early termination or expiry of upstream services.
