Polyrizon completed contracting for all five U.S. sites for its first-in-human NASARIX Allergy Blocker study in seasonal allergic rhinitis.
Results have not been presented; the trial is moving into pre-screening, with enrollment timed to allergy seasons under real-world pollen exposure.
The study aims to show NASARIX can reduce allergy symptoms versus a saline spray, while remaining safe and well tolerated.
Up to 120 patients are expected to be randomized, supporting the company’s plan to advance the product toward the U.S. market.
