Polyrizon Secures Two Additional Sites, Total Three for NASARIX Allergy Trial
PLRZ•Polyrizon has secured agreements with two additional U.S. sites, bringing its NASARIX (PL-14) allergy blocker trial to three major clinical centers expected to drive high patient enrollment. The multi-center study will assess safety, tolerability and efficacy of its intranasal hydrogel barrier in seasonal allergic rhinitis.
1. Expansion of Clinical Site Network
Polyrizon has expanded its U.S. clinical network by securing agreements with two additional trial sites, bringing the total to three contracted centers. These large, strategically important sites are expected to drive robust patient enrollment for its NASARIX (PL-14) study.
2. NASARIX Trial Design and Objectives
The multi-center trial will assess safety, tolerability and efficacy of the intranasal hydrogel allergy blocker versus saline spray in seasonal allergic rhinitis patients. Up to five sites are planned, with all activities conducted under international Good Clinical Practice standards.
