Ponce Financial’s Ponce Bank adds José Orengo, Edward Delatorre Jr. to board

Ponce Financial Group named José L. Orengo and Edward Delatorre Jr. to Ponce Bank’s board of directors.
Orengo serves as director of planned giving at the Archdiocese of New York; he also leads Orengo Law Firm focused on estate planning and real estate.
Delatorre is founder of Alboro Security; he recently retired from the NYPD as deputy commissioner of labor relations.
The appointments add board experience in philanthropy, governance, public safety, real estate, risk management, and community development.
Ponce Bank expects the new directors to support strategy focused on growth in New York and Northern New Jersey.
