Pop Culture Group holds extraordinary shareholder meeting
CPOP•Pop Culture Group shareholders approved the company’s migration to the British Virgin Islands at an extraordinary meeting on October 22, 2026.
1. Migration approved
Shareholders authorized directors to implement the migration and approved replacement constitutional documents, which will take effect when the move is completed. They also approved a resolution permitting an adjournment to solicit additional proxies if necessary.
