POST•Post Holdings' board approved an updated code of conduct on October 15, replacing the existing code effective February 1, 2027, and covering directors, officers and employees across subsidiaries and affiliates.

The updated code addresses emerging technology and regulatory risks, including artificial intelligence, and expands compliance and workplace conduct provisions.
