Potomac Bank names Lisa Kilgour EVP, chief operating officer
PTBS•Potomac Bancshares appointed Lisa Kilgour executive vice president and chief operations officer to oversee operations strategy, systems, payments, card services and loan operations.
1. Kilgour takes operations role
Kilgour previously served as COO at MainStreet Bank for nine years, after more than 22 years in senior management at Middleburg Bank. She earlier worked at Farmers and Merchants National Bank in Hamilton, Virginia.
