- Granted 43,396 RSUs and 2,048 PSUs on Sept. 15, 2026 to 15 employees who started in August 2026.
- Awarded 18,283 RSUs and 1,099 PSUs on Aug. 15, 2026 to nine employees who started in July 2026.
- RSUs vest 25% on each of the first four anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continued service.
- PSUs vest based on 2026 performance metrics, capped at 200% of target, subject to service through Dec. 31, 2026.
