Project-level details and timing
Highway 28, a 6.9 MW project, was bought for USD 1.25 million in milestone payments and is expected to reach construction-ready status in Q3 2026.
Gainesville, a 7 MW project, was bought for USD 1.15 million in milestone payments and is expected to be construction-ready in 2027.
PowerBank buys back two New York community solar projects
PowerBank executed repurchase agreements to reacquire two New York community solar projects, Gainesville and Highway 28, via Abundant Solar Power.
The portfolio totals 13.9 MW and is targeting construction-ready status in 2026–2027, with total construction value pegged at about USD 32.5 million.
