SUUN•PowerBank will develop a hybrid solar and battery project in Allegany County, New York, featuring 500 kW of solar capacity and 20 MWh of storage discharging at 5 MW AC over four hours. The Salt Rising Road facility is to qualify for NYSERDA NY-Sun, Retail Storage incentives and VDER payments.

PowerBank has executed a lease agreement for the Salt Rising Road hybrid project in Allegany County, New York, featuring 500 kW of solar capacity and 20 MWh of battery energy storage capable of 5 MW AC discharge over four hours.
2. Eligibility for New York Incentives
The project qualifies for NYSERDA's NY-Sun Program, Retail Storage Incentive Program and will earn compensation under New York's Value of Distributed Energy Resources mechanism, enhancing project economics and supporting state clean energy targets.

This project builds on PowerBank’s expertise, adding to over 100 MW of completed projects and a development pipeline exceeding 1 GW, advancing New York’s goal of 10 GW distributed solar and 6 GW storage by 2030.
