PowerCompute repays $22.45 million bitcoin-backed credit facility, releases collateral
PWCM•PowerCompute fully repaid and terminated its Bitcoin-backed credit facility with Arch Lending, settling $22.45 million in obligations. The repayment reduced total secured debt to about $1.25 million, and no Bitcoin remains pledged as collateral.
1. Facility repaid
PowerCompute settled its Bitcoin-backed credit facility with Arch Lending on Sept. 24, 2026, covering $21.89 million in principal, $118,582 in interest and a $440,122 fee through the sale of 267 Bitcoin. About 39 Bitcoin, valued near $3.3 million, was returned, and no Bitcoin remains pledged as collateral.
2. Secured debt reduced
Total secured debt fell to about $1.25 million from about $19.4 million at June 30, 2026, a 94% reduction. The remaining secured borrowings consist of one secured promissory note maturing Dec. 31, 2026, which is not secured by Bitcoin.
