PowerCompute secures USD 21.89 million bitcoin-backed collar loan from Arch Lending

PWCM•The initial collar was set at a USD 71,112 floor, USD 75,000 ceiling and USD 93,500 barrier per bitcoin. The lender captures upside above the ceiling if the barrier is met.
Proceeds included about USD 18.1 million to repay the Aug. 3 Arch loan, while USD 3.77 million funded the prior collar feature.
The facility rolls automatically every 30 days unless notice is given, and key terms reset at each rollover based on market conditions.
PowerCompute, via its US Digital Mining and Hosting unit, entered a new 30-day Bitcoin-collared loan facility with Arch Lending on Aug. 25, 2026.
The company borrowed USD 21.89 million on a non-recourse Collar Loan secured by 307 bitcoin, with an interest rate set at 6.5%.
