PPL entered a joint venture with Blackstone Infrastructure to build, own and operate new generation serving data center demand in PJM, focused on Pennsylvania.

The initiative targets reliability support, regional economic development and an improved supply-demand balance to ease upward pressure on wholesale power prices over time.
