Prelude Therapeutics announced a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Lilly to evaluate its KAT6A selective degrader PRT13722 in combination with abemaciclib and imlunestrant in patients with HR+/HER2- breast cancer. The companies expect enrollment in the Phase 1 trial to begin in Q4 2026, and Prelude retains full global development and commercial rights to PRT13722.
