Amendments dated June 5, 2026, allow the lessors to accelerate payment if Premier Air Charter Holdings fails to cure an amendment or repayment default within five business days. The claimed amount includes about $249,416 tied to the N795KF lease and $265,141 tied to the N973CG lease. It excludes about $266,842 the lessors say is owed to Williams International and Textron Aviation under engine and parts programs, which Premier disputes in part. The obligations are not guaranteed by the company and are not cross-defaulted to its other aircraft leases or indebtedness.
