Prenetics CFO Stephen Hoi Chun Lo resigns, effective Dec. 30, 2026
PRE•Prenetics Global CFO Stephen Hoi Chun Lo resigned Oct. 30, effective Dec. 30, 2026, to pursue new opportunities. Brian Rosin is set to become principal financial and accounting officer on Dec. 31, subject to board approval and an agreement formalizing his appointment.
1. CFO transition
Lo will support Prenetics in an advisory capacity after his departure. Rosin, currently CFO of the company's main operating subsidiary, IM8 (US), performs its principal financial and accounting functions.
