Prestige Consumer Healthcare beats Q1 revenue estimates, raises 2027 outlook

Q1 results beat estimates
Prestige Consumer Healthcare said fiscal first-quarter revenue rose 6.5%, beating analyst expectations.
Adjusted diluted earnings per share for fiscal Q1 rose to $0.98 from $0.95 a year earlier.
Outlook raised on acquisitions
The company closed the Breathe Right and LaCorium acquisitions, raising its fiscal 2027 outlook.
Prestige Consumer Healthcare now expects fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.29 billion to $1.315 billion, including acquisitions. It expects adjusted diluted EPS of $4.55 to $4.65 and adjusted free cash flow of $270 million or more.
