GridFeed to be carved out as standalone subsidiary
PRF Technologies plans to carve out its GridFeed renewable-energy trading platform, including DeepSolar operations, into a standalone wholly owned subsidiary.
The structure aims to let GridFeed pursue strategic investment, partnerships and commercial deals with producers, traders, utilities, technology groups and sector investors.
