PRF Technologies plans standalone GridFeed subsidiary to pursue AI energy growth

PRF Technologies plans to establish GridFeed and DeepSolar operations as a standalone, wholly owned subsidiary to pursue strategic investment and partnerships. GridFeed is evaluating expansion into AI and hyperscale data center power optimization, including potential pilot deployments and co-development with industry partners.
2. Trial and finances
Majority-owned LayerBio expects to begin enrolling patients in a U.S. Phase 2 trial of OcuRing-K before year-end 2026. Preliminary cash, including short-term deposits, totaled approximately $11 million at September 30, against approximately $2.5 million in liabilities.
