Primech began mass production of its Hytron autonomous restroom cleaning robot in Q2 2026 and will present expansion plans at the SelectUSA Investment Summit in May. The Singapore-based firm secured over 350 enterprise leads at CES 2026 and has established a U.S. footprint in Delaware and Illinois to support deployments.

1. U.S. Expansion Strategy

Primech plans to accelerate its U.S. rollout of the Hytron cleaning robot after being invited to the SelectUSA Investment Summit from May 3–6 in Maryland. The company aims to leverage the summit to connect with economic development agencies, federal representatives and potential commercial partners.

2. Mass Production and Market Interest

Mass production of Hytron commenced in Q2 2026, supported by strong commercial momentum following CES 2026, where Primech generated more than 350 enterprise leads from 23 countries. Discussions are underway with major facility operators across healthcare, hospitality, transportation, higher education and commercial real estate sectors.

3. U.S. Operational Footprint

To underpin its expansion, Primech has incorporated in Delaware and opened an office in Edwardsville, Illinois, while securing international distribution agreements. This establishes a local presence to streamline deployments and service large-scale customers in the U.S.

4. Financial Performance

Primech reported $75.47 million in revenue over the past twelve months with a 16% gross margin but remains unprofitable. The company has a market capitalization of approximately $26.12 million and its shares have declined roughly 65% over the past six months.
