Primech answers shareholder queries ahead of Oct. 14 AGM

Primech published responses to shareholder questions ahead of its Oct. 14, 2026 annual general meeting. It declined to address questions about former Primech AI CTO Zhang Youwei’s role in developing the Hytron autonomous cleaning robot, or whether the robot used third-party purchases or intellectual property, citing ongoing Singapore High Court proceedings involving claims, a defense and a counterclaim. Primech said its robotic segment generated about $12,000 in revenue in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
