Primech gets Nasdaq extension to regain $1 minimum bid-price compliance by Feb. 22, 2027
PMEC•Nasdaq grants additional compliance window
Primech received a Nasdaq notice for failing the $1 minimum bid price rule after its shares traded below $1 for 30 consecutive sessions.
Nasdaq granted an additional 180-day compliance window through Feb. 22, 2027 to regain the $1 minimum bid requirement.
Compliance requires a closing bid at or above $1 for at least 10 consecutive trading days; Nasdaq may require up to 20 days.
Possible reverse stock split and listing status
Primech flagged a potential reverse share split as a remedy if needed to cure the deficiency.
The notice does not trigger immediate delisting; shares continue trading on Nasdaq under PMEC.
