Primech net loss widens 34% to $2.97 million in FY26; revenue rises 4.9% to $78.01 million

FY26 results and revenue mix
Primech Holdings posted FY 2026 net loss of USD 2.97 million, widening 34% from a year earlier, as revenue rose 4.9% to USD 78.01 million.
Facilities services revenue rose to USD 63.94 million, while stewarding services revenue fell to USD 6.24 million due to increased marketing competition.
Liquidity and financing plans
Management cited working capital of about USD 8.1 million and about USD 6 million of available facilities, while evaluating debt and equity financing options.
