PMECPMEC

Primech Holdings’ subsidiary won a four-year cleaning contract worth US$24.8 million at a major Asian aviation hub, covering routine and periodic services across multiple passenger terminal levels. Combined with March’s US$33 million university mandates, the deal expands recurring revenue visibility and enhances operating leverage through digital management systems.

1. Four-Year US$24.8M Aviation Contract

Primech’s wholly owned Primech A & P subsidiary secured a four-year cleaning services contract valued at approximately US$24.8 million with one of Asia’s largest aviation hubs. The agreement covers routine and periodic cleaning across multiple levels of a high-volume passenger terminal, reflecting Primech’s capability to meet stringent hygiene, safety and service-level requirements in mission-critical environments.

2. Revenue Visibility and Operational Leverage

This award, combined with the March university contracts worth about US$33 million, strengthens Primech’s recurring revenue base and provides clear forward revenue visibility. The scale of the contract enables more efficient utilization of existing manpower and digital management infrastructure—such as real-time performance dashboards and workflow automation—thereby enhancing operating leverage and supporting margin durability over the four-year term.

3. Strategic Positioning in Institutional Mandates

Securing large, structured mandates in the transportation and infrastructure sector is central to Primech’s strategy of reducing revenue concentration risk and driving long-term growth. The company’s emphasis on technology-driven service solutions and disciplined workforce management creates barriers to entry, positioning Primech to capitalize on rising hygiene standards, labor constraints and institutional demand across Singapore’s public and private sectors.
