Primech alleges misrepresentation, contract breaches and intellectual property violations in connection with HYTRON robot development. Zhang disputes liability and counterclaimed for an alleged RMB 6 million completion bonus, damages, interest, costs and SGD 39,600 in wrongful termination pay. His counterclaim also names Primech chairman and CEO Kin Wai Ho, alleging conspiracy and inducement of breach of contract. The proceedings remain at an early stage.
