Primo Brands names Planet Fitness CFO Sudhanshu Priyadarshi to board after Pak resignation

Primo Brands accepted director Minsok Pak’s resignation on July 14, 2026, following a change in his principal employment responsibilities.

Sudhanshu Priyadarshi joined the board effective July 14, 2026, filling the vacancy created by Pak’s departure.

Priyadarshi is CFO and president, international at Planet Fitness, overseeing finance, strategy, investor relations, IT, and international operations. He previously served as CFO and president, international at Keurig Dr Pepper, with earlier CFO roles at Vista Outdoor and Flexport.

Priyadarshi will serve on the audit committee and sustainability committee.
