- Primoris appointed James A. Greer and Oscar K. Brown to its board, effective Oct. 1, 2026, expanding the board to 10 directors.
- Greer previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Oncor Electric Delivery from 2011 until retiring in 2025.
- Brown has been president and CEO of Western Midstream Partners since October 2024.
- He has also served on Western Midstream’s board since 2019, including as sustainability committee chair from 2021 to 2024.
