Independent Advisor Alliance reduced its stake in Costco Wholesale Corporation by 2.1% during the third quarter, selling 686 shares and bringing its total holding to 32,229 shares. At quarter end, this position was valued at $29.832 million, representing approximately 0.8% of the advisor’s overall portfolio and ranking as its 20th largest holding. This reduction follows a strategy of modest profit-taking in a name that accounts for a single-digit percentage of the fund’s assets.

2. Broader Institutional Activity Highlights

Several other institutional investors adjusted their exposure to Costco during the same period. Peterson Wealth Services added 72 shares to reach 13,616 shares valued at $13.479 million, while Fishman Jay A Ltd. MI increased its holding by 575 shares to total 16,888 shares worth $16.718 million. Silver Oak Securities Incorporated made the largest percentage move, boosting its stake by 49.3% to 3,780 shares valued at $3.499 million.
