Principal Financial Group reported $785 billion in assets under management as of Sept. 30, 2026. Investment Management managed $581.7 billion, while its International Pension business managed $166.2 billion. Factors outside net cash flow reduced quarterly AUM by approximately 1.5% of beginning-period assets, and disposed operations reduced AUM by $2.2 billion, primarily from the sale of the Chile annuity business within International Pension.
