PGZ•Marc Peterson will retire as a portfolio manager of Principal Real Estate Income Fund on Oct. 23, 2026. Laura Rank and Jason Haigh will become co-portfolio managers, while Kelly Rush will remain in the role; the fund’s objectives and policies will not change.
1. Portfolio manager changes
Marc Peterson will retire from Principal Real Estate Investors on Oct. 23, 2026. Effective that date, Laura Rank and Jason Haigh will become co-portfolio managers of Principal Real Estate Income Fund, and Kelly Rush will remain a co-portfolio manager. The fund’s investment objectives and policies will remain unchanged.
