Priority Commerce’s GameTime platform wins multiyear NIL payments mandate from Notre Dame’s Rally
PRTH•Priority Commerce, a unit of Priority Technology Holdings, signed a multiyear deal to serve as NIL orchestration partner for Notre Dame-focused collective Rally.
1. Platform partnership
Rally will use Priority Commerce’s GameTime platform to administer NIL payments, contract management, escrow, compliance reporting, banking and treasury services. The platform includes a student-athlete Passport account linked to a Visa debit card, with an automated reserve for estimated taxes.
