Privia Health appoints Opella Ernest to board of directors

Privia Health appointed Opella Ernest, M.D. to its board, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
Ernest also joins the board’s Compliance Committee.
She has served as President of HCSC Markets at Health Care Service Corp since 2023.
Ernest was HCSC’s executive vice president and chief operating officer from 2021 to 2023.
