Pro-Dex publishes fiscal 2026 annual report
PDEX•Pro-Dex filed its annual report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, citing stronger demand for surgical drivers and shavers. Year-end backlog was $32.9 million, down from $50.4 million, which the company attributed to order timing.

Pro-Dex said momentum in orthopedic devices accelerated after a next-generation handpiece launch at its largest customer, extending supply coverage through 2028. Repair activity fell as legacy handpiece volume declined, while billable repairs for the new platform are expected to start in fiscal 2027. The company acquired Advanced Precision Machining in February 2026 to add machining capacity, support higher volumes and diversify into aerospace and defense.
