Procore Launches Connected Data Environment to Enable Agentic AI, Drive 23% Productivity Gains
PCOR•Procore launched a connected Common Data Environment to integrate project data from design through handover and enable agentic AI across the construction lifecycle. Research shows firms with optimized data practices achieve up to 23% higher productivity, manage 27.8% more volume and cut delays by six days.
1. Procore Introduces Connected CDE
Procore launched a connected Common Data Environment that unifies project data from approved design through handover, transforming document storage into an active governance environment. The single-platform solution verifies data integrity in real time and lays the groundwork for AI-driven workflows across the construction lifecycle.
2. Productivity and Efficiency Gains
Research found firms with optimized data practices achieve up to 23% higher productivity, manage 27.8% greater construction volume with unchanged resources and reduce project delays by six days, underscoring the value of a trusted data foundation.
3. Embedded Agentic AI Capabilities
The CDE embeds agentic AI, enabling automated execution of tasks such as RFI creation, submittal review and discrepancy detection. Procore AI can reason across BIM models, specifications and field activity to identify issues, recommend actions and accelerate issue resolution.
4. European Rollout and Compliance
The platform will launch first in the UK and Ireland with support for ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act, with a UK Data Zone live now and an EU Data Zone planned for fall 2026. Cyber Essentials certification is targeted by year-end to meet local regulatory standards.
