Planned focus includes securing access to advanced GPU systems, deploying capacity via partners, and supporting AI model training, inference, and deployment.
No agreements are in place to acquire, lease, or access GPU infrastructure, and no financing commitments have been secured for the unit.
The strategy targets a capital-efficient, partnership-driven model, including leasing, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or technology acquisitions.
Work also targets secure, privacy-preserving enterprise AI inference for sensitive or regulated workloads.
