Proficient Auto Logistics completes acquisition of Hansen & Adkins

Proficient Auto Logistics completed its acquisition of Hansen & Adkins on Aug. 13, following an earlier deal announcement.
The combined group becomes North America’s largest auto hauler, targeting more than 4 million vehicles moved annually.
Management expects company deliveries to represent about half of volumes versus subhauler moves, supported by a larger owned fleet.
Integration is targeted for early 2027. The Hansen & Adkins brand will be retained in the U.S., operating as MCL McGill in Canada.
Founders Steve Hansen and Louie Adkins will remain advisers through year-end to support the transition.
