Profound Medical partners with Cook Medical to expand US TULSA-PRO sales
PROF•Profound Medical entered a supply and distribution agreement with Cook Medical's iMRI division to expand US sales of TULSA-PRO.
1. Distribution agreement
Cook Medical will purchase TULSA-PRO systems at a predetermined transfer price for distribution through its Copernicus program alongside the iMRI Suite. Customers will buy single-use disposables and service contracts directly from Profound Medical.
2. Additional sales channel
The agreement adds a capital equipment sales channel alongside Profound Medical's existing direct sales and its collaboration with Siemens Healthineers.
