Progress Software agreed to buy substantially all assets of Domo’s AI and data platform business in an asset purchase valued at $400 million cash.
The deal is expected to close by fiscal 2026 year-end, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Progress said it plans to fund the purchase with cash, drawing on its revolving credit facility.
Progress said Domo’s platform expands its data platform offerings, adding more than 2,400 customers.
The company also reiterated its fiscal third-quarter revenue and non-GAAP EPS outlook, saying it expects results within or above the prior guidance range.
