ProKidney pooled Phase 2 analysis indicates kidney function stabilization in advanced CKD patients
PROK•ProKidney said a pooled Phase 2 analysis of rilparencel indicated a strong safety profile and kidney function stabilization in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes. The results will be presented at Kidney Week on October 23, 2026.

ProKidney will present pooled Phase 2 rilparencel results at the American Society of Nephrology’s Kidney Week on October 23, 2026. The analysis indicated a strong safety profile and kidney function stabilization in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes.

Participants met key eligibility criteria for the ongoing Phase 3 PROACT 1 trial. Seven additional abstracts will present nonclinical evidence supporting rilparencel’s multifactorial mechanism of action.
