ProMIS posted a Q2 net loss of $11.7 million, or $1.28 a share, versus a $10.1 million loss a year earlier.
Cash position and PRECISE-AD update
Cash and short-term investments climbed to $53.4 million at June 30 from $6.1 million at Dec. 31.
The company said its runway extends through 2027, beyond the expected Q1 2027 topline 12-month PRECISE-AD readout.
Blinded six-month interim PRECISE-AD data showed no ARIA-E across 136 safety-evaluable patients; total ARIA was 4.4% and mild.
In a pooled blinded analysis, biomarkers showed plasma pTau217 fell about 15%, and CSF MTBR-tau243 dropped about 13.3% through Day 169.
