ProMIS Neurosciences says PMN310 cuts amyloid-beta oligomers in human CSF in Phase 1a data
PMN•Next trial readouts expected
The company expects blinded six-month interim data from its PRECISE-AD Phase 1b trial in the coming weeks.
Top-line unblinded Phase 1b results are expected in early Q1 2027.
Phase 1a data show reduction in amyloid-beta oligomers
ProMIS Neurosciences reported first human evidence that PMN310 reduced amyloid-beta oligomers in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in a Phase 1a healthy-volunteer study.
Data showed a dose-dependent drop in detectable oligomer particles at three days and 29 days following a single dose.
