Six-month interim safety and biomarker readout
ProMIS Neurosciences released blinded six-month interim safety and biomarker data from its PRECISE-AD Phase 1b trial of PMN310.
Interim readout showed a favorable safety profile, with no edema-type brain imaging abnormalities reported, including in higher-risk genetic subgroups.
Biomarkers moved in a direction consistent with drug target engagement, though the study remains blinded and no efficacy conclusion was drawn.
