Propanc Biopharma plans to start a Phase 1b first-in-human study of PRP in February 2027 in Australia.

• No clinical results have been presented; initial safety and early activity readouts are expected in the future from this trial.
• The open-label study aims to assess safety, tolerability, drug behavior in the body, immune response, and early signs of antitumor effect.
• Up to 50 patients with advanced solid tumors will be enrolled, with an initial dose-escalation stage followed by expansion cohorts.
