Propanc Biopharma plans Phase 1b trial of PRP in advanced solid tumors in Q1 2027
PPCB•Propanc Biopharma plans to start a multicenter, open-label Phase 1b study of PRP in Q1 2027, enrolling up to 50 patients with advanced solid tumors. Preclinical pancreatic cancer studies in animals showed tumor control, fewer metastases and longer survival.

Propanc Biopharma plans to begin a multicenter, open-label, first-in-human Phase 1b study of PRP in Q1 2027. The trial is expected to enroll up to 50 patients with advanced solid tumors.
2. Preclinical findings
The company highlighted preclinical results in pancreatic cancer models that have already been presented. Studies showed tumor control, fewer metastases and longer survival in animals; PRP also appeared to remodel the tumor microenvironment and restore chemotherapy sensitivity.
