ProPetro Chief Accounting Officer Celina Davila will resign effective Oct. 30, 2026.
Chief Financial Officer Caleb Weatherl will assume interim duties as principal accounting officer while a replacement is sought.
Davila’s departure was not tied to any dispute over operations, accounting, financial disclosures, or internal controls.
