- Gives irrevocable to sell Delivery Hero
- To sell 16.8% stake in Delivery Hero to Uber at €41.5 per share
- To use proceeds from Delivery Hero sale for general corporate purposes
- Uber's offer represents premium of 151% to Delivery Hero's 1-month VWAP before announcement of Prosus's initial 4.5% stake sale to Uber
- Believes that Uber's offer represents a fair price and effective way to comply with its commitments to European Commission
